Anna Nam

Anna Nam is a Paralegal at Sessoms Law Group, LLC. Born and raised in Georgia, Ms. Nam is a first-generation law school graduate from a Korean immigrant family. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Georgia State University and earned her Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, where she also completed the Criminal Justice Certificate, reflecting her longstanding passion for criminal law.
Before joining Sessoms Law Group, Ms. Nam served as an Assistant Solicitor General with Douglas County, where she prosecuted traffic-related offenses. It was during this time that she began to truly shape the kind of attorney she aspired to be. As an advocate for justice, she is committed to being a voice for the voiceless — guided by integrity, compassion, and a deep respect for the legal system.
Drawing from her own family’s immigration journey and her personal experiences growing up in a Korean-American household, Ms. Nam also has a strong interest in immigration law. Her bicultural identity — proudly both Korean and American — continues to shape her approach to law and advocacy.
She is fluent in Korean and is currently learning Spanish to better serve clients from diverse backgrounds.
Ms. Nam is also deeply grounded in her faith, which serves as the foundation for the kind of “minister of justice” she strives to be — one who serves with humility, empathy, and purpose. Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys playing badminton, spending time with her family and dog, and reading crime novels.
