Fendi Ann Jean-Louis-File
Fendi Ann Jean-Louis-File is a first-generation student at Emory University. She is pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Law. She has a deep commitment to understanding the intricate interplay between law and society, and her ambition is to continue this path by attending law school to earn her J.D. after graduating from Emory.
Rooted in South Florida but now firmly planted in Atlanta, Georgia, Fendi is a proud Caribbean American who embraces her diverse heritage. She witnessed firsthand the challenges and struggles her family faced while attempting to navigate the naturalization process from Haiti to the United States. This experience instilled in her a profound empathy and a desire to advocate for others in similar situations. The difficulties her family encountered highlighted the critical need for compassionate and effective legal support for immigrants, fueling her commitment to pursue a career where she can make a tangible difference.
Fendi is appreciative of the knowledge she continues to gain while at Sessoms Law Group, LLC.
