Luciene Do Rego Webb—who prefers to be called Lucy—has been part of our office since September 2024, bringing warmth, dedication, and organization to our daily work. This is her first experience working in the legal field, and she embraces it with enthusiasm and commitment. Before joining us, she built her career as a German teacher in Brazil and also spent time living abroad in Switzerland, which deepened her cultural perspective and adaptability. Since 2023, Lucy has made her home in the United States, where she continues to expand her journey both professionally and personally.

Beyond her administrative role, Lucy is a lifelong learner and lover of ideas. She holds a background and a master’s degree in languages and translation, speaks her mother language Portuguese as well as English, German, French, and Spanish. She is currently studying psychoanalysis while beginning her clinical practice. Books, poetry, travel and dance are her favorite companions, and she often finds inspiration in them for both her professional and personal life. Deeply connected to her roots, Lucy feels a strong empathy for people from her motherland, for Latinos, and for immigrants who face the challenges of starting over in a new country. She believes in meeting people with empathy, warmth, and curiosity—qualities that shine through in every interaction with SLG clients and colleagues alike.
